Utilitra may send SMS or MMS messages to individuals who have voluntarily opted in to receive recruiting communications from Utilitra.
Messages may include:

- Application updates
- Interview scheduling and reminders
- Recruiting follow-ups
- Other communications related to the hiring and recruiting process
Consent to receive SMS or MMS messages is optional and is not a condition of applying for employment or being considered for a position.
2. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your application status and interactions with Utilitra.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages according to the terms of your mobile service plan.
3. Opting Out and Receiving Help
You may stop receiving SMS or MMS communications from Utilitra at any time.
Reply STOP to any Utilitra text message to opt out.
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.

4. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS or MMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside Utilitra’s control.
